4 Weekly Meal Plans
4 Weekly meal plans created by a nutritionist including 3 meals and 3 snacks daily. All 4 meal plans are different and include new recipes.
4 Weekly Grocery Lists
You will have 4 weekly grocery lists to make it easy for you to go shopping. Also, most of the ingredients used in the reset can be found in normal shops.
Each week you receive the nutrition breakdown for each day. Each recipe also include the nutrition information per serving.
You get support from a qualified nutritionist inside our private facebook group for accountability and motivation as well as emails and the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
